00 / WHY NOW

The church has
always carried
good news
into new terrain.

THE MOMENT

AI, media, migration, and new models of mission are changing the landscape quickly. Churches, ministries, and mission agencies are already responding with creativity, but many leaders are carrying that work without enough shared learning.

THE HOPE

Gather faithful practitioners for five focused hours of worship, honest stories, useful tools, and prayerful collaboration. Then keep walking together for 90 days so promising ideas become shared work for local churches and ministry teams.

I / WHO THIS IS FOR

You should be
in this room if —

→ COME

  • You care deeply about the church's witness in a changing world
  • You're building something that could serve churches, ministries, missionaries, or neighbors
  • You carry responsibility, influence, budget, or a clear invitation to serve
  • You want practical encouragement that continues after the gathering
  • You want to meet collaborators who pray, listen, and build with humility

→ GOOD TO KNOW

  • This is a small working room, not a public conference
  • Every attendee will be invited to encourage someone else
  • The posture is service, not performance
  • The best conversations may happen around unfinished questions
  • You do not need every answer before you come

IV / AFTER THE SUMMIT

The summit
is not the point.

Nov 5 opens six spots in a 90-day build cohort for those with capacity and a heart for collaboration. Each person leaves with one commitment: a shared project that can serve churches by February.

WEEK 1

Commit together.

Name one practical contribution your team can test. Get matched with 2 peers working on something adjacent.

WEEK 2–12

Build with care.

Biweekly updates. Monthly office hours with convenor orgs. Partner orgs share lessons, tools, and encouragement.

FEB 2027

Demo day.

Reconvene virtually to share what was learned, what was made, and how it can serve churches beyond the room.

V / ACCESS

Invite only.

~60 seats. Attendance is by direct invitation from a convenor org, or by nomination from someone already in, so the room can stay personal, prayerful, and useful.

IF YOU WERE INVITED

Check your email for a private confirmation link from a convenor.

IF YOU WEREN'T

Get nominated. Ask someone in one of the seven convenor orgs to vouch for you, or email us directly.
