Innovation Labs is convened by organizations that want to strengthen the church with people, case studies, prayer, and cohort mentorship.
Nov 5 opens six spots in a 90-day build cohort for those with capacity and a heart for collaboration. Each person leaves with one commitment: a shared project they can help carry by February.
WEEK 1
Commit together.
Name one practical contribution you can offer the church. Get matched with 2 peers working on something adjacent.
WEEK 2–12
Build with care.
Biweekly updates. Monthly office hours with convenor orgs. Partner orgs share lessons, tools, and encouragement.
FEB 2027
Demo day.
Reconvene — virtually or IRL — to share what was learned, what was made, and how it can bless churches beyond the room.
~60 seats. Attendance is by direct invitation from a convenor org, or by nomination from someone already in, so the room can stay personal, prayerful, and useful.
